SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

SHIPPING

We offer two shipping options:

  • Free Standard Delivery (4-6 working days)
  • Express Delivery (2-3 working days)

All our orders are shipped from New York through UPS. We will send you the Tracking Number for your package at shipping.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once the order is on its way to you. Please note that the Tracking Number will be activated within 24 hours from when the order is dispatched, therefore you may not find any updates immediately after shipment. We kindly ask you to check back the following day.
 

Signature is required at delivery of all orders for security purposes. In case nobody is available to sign for the package for three consecutive working days, the courier will leave a notification and a contact number.

Please note working days are Monday through Friday during hours of business (9am to 5pm), excluding the following national holidays:


January 1st (New Year’s Day)
July 4th (Independence Day)
September 7th (Labor Day)
November 26th (Thanksgiving Day)
December 25th (Christmas Day)

Items can be returned within 14 days from the delivery of your order.

RETURN POLICY

1. Complete the return form included in your order by filling in the code that best explains your reason for return and the quantity of items you are returning.

2. Tear off the bottom portion of the form and include it in your shipping box along with the items you wish to return. Please remember that the bottom portion of the form must be enclosed with merchandise

3. Attach the pre-paid, self-adhesive return label to your securely packed and sealed package and drop it off at the nearest UPS location. To find a UPS location, please visit www.ups.com or call UPS customer support at 1-800-742-5877 to schedule a pick up.

4. Your refund will be processed within 10 business days upon receipt.


DAMAGED ITEM

 

In the event that you receive a damaged or defective item, we will accept it for a full refund at our expense. To arrange a refund for your product, please contact Customer Care at info@xllullan.com. One of our customer care representatives will get back to you within 24 hours on how to proceed.

    WRONG ITEM RECEIVED
    In the event that we process an order incorrectly we will accept it for a full refund at our expense. To arrange to a refund for your product, please contact Customer Care at info@xllullan.com and one of our customer care representatives will get back you within 24 hours on how to proceed.
      RETURN SHIPPING
      Xllullan provides a pre-paid self-adhesive UPS return shipping label with every order to facilitate easy returns. Should you choose to make use of the label, an $8 return shipping fee will be deducted from the amount of your return order. We recommend making a note of your return shipping tracking number in order to track the progress of your return shipment. Returns may also be sent back via alternate methods, however we recommend using an insured, traceable method.
        REFUNDS
        Your refund will be processed within 10 business days of receiving your return. Your credit card issuer may require additional days to process the credit before posting to your account. Full priced merchandise will be credited to the original payment method.  An $8 shipping and handling fee will be deducted from your total return refund.
          EXCHANGES

          At this time, Xllullan cannot automatically process exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the item you wish to exchange and place a new order on Xllullan.com
